  • Maintain a minimum Grade Point Average of 2.5
  • Complete a program application
  • Submit a school transcript
  • Submit 3 letters of recommendation – One from an educator/counselor
  • Pay the $30 Annual Application Fee
  • articipants must pay Formal Wear/Gala fees of $250 prior to the first Dance Rehearsal
  • Be an active participant in events and fundraisers
  • Adhere to the program’s “Code of Conduct”… *No School Suspensions or Expulsions
  • Must not have or are expecting a child(ren)
  • Cannot be over the age of 18
